Designed onboarding and proficiency pathways across banking divisions. Created Salesforce CRM training for banking roles. Built curriculum maps, blended learning programs, dashboards, and tracking tools. Used AI-assisted workflows, Python, and JavaScript to support learning development and LMS reporting.

Senior Instructional Designer

September 2023 to June 2024

Designed learning programs for orthopedic implant systems. Partnered with surgeons and field sales subject matter experts. Built scenario-based learning, video, simulations, and translated learning pathways. Used feedback and post training data to revise content.
